- Serve as an Education Services Officer (ESO) with responsibility for planning, developing, and managing/leading a complete installation-level ACES and Credentialing/Licensure Program.
- Direct the development of courses or programs through appropriate academic and training personnel.
- Plan, develop, and execute all needed and regulatory ACES programs.
- Determine the education needs of installation personnel.
- Coordinate and negotiate with education institutions to establish education and/ training programs.
- Maintain coordination with major training Commanders to promote program acceptance and participation.
- Negotiate and develop Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with colleges and universities to provide supported services.
