Role Overview

CommanderAI seeks a visionary Founding Engineer to spearhead our relentless pursuit of excellence. Your mission is to lead the development, deployment, and delivery of cutting-edge products and technologies. As the Founding Engineer, youll rally and build our technical team with the Founders, and articulate our tech prowess to investors, clients, and stakeholders. If youre driven by challenge and fueled by curiosity, this is your battleground.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Frontend: React / Nextjs
• API Layer: Node/Django/Rails
• Database: Postgres
• Crawlers: Python
• AI: Python (Modelling + LLM)

Education and Experience:

• Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics. Masters is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in full stack developmentwith a focus on building, testing, and deploying production grade code.
• Projects: Experience in significant software projects, with a portfolio showcasing frontend and backend work.

• Location: NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Manhattan Office.
• Hours: Full time.
