We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team at Penske in Longview, TX.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, have basic mechanical skills, and are eager to learn. As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again.

You will be the face of Penske, greeting customers when they arrive and sending them off with a smile. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are complete
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates
• Building your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, shift premiums of $2.50 (2nd shift) and $3.50 (3rd shift), career stability, and opportunities for growth. Our excellent benefits package includes lots of time off, strong training programs, and advanced vehicle maintenance technology.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
