Project Analyst Ft. Belvoir, VA

TheProject Analystwill assist with the daily operation and management of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other administrative materials.
Assist with the technical writing of contract documentation for Directorate Departments.
Provide technical review of documents.
Assist with tracking military and civilian personnel evaluations, recognition, awards, and other requirements.
Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting, and pre/post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings.
Oversee calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution.
Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and sub-sites.
Assist with tracking, monitoring, and responding to tasking and expenses.
Assist with initiating and managing government/contractor travel requests and authorizations. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology field of study.
2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.
Must have PMP certification.
ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred.
Secret clearance Tier 3 investigation required. Join our Talent Network
