- Managing job sites, making sure jobs are completed accordingly
- Need to have communication skills, will be communicating on a daily basis with our office personnel and field supervisors
- Responsible for phone calls, texts with office, crews and supervisors
- Must have organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Bi-lingual a plus, (Spanish & English)
- Must be able to handle a fast pace working environment with stressful situations
- Must have experience pulling a trailer, hauling heavy loads
- Must have previous experience as a driver and crew leader
