This position is a GWIM (Global Wealth and Investment Management) Sr. Operations Analyst role within the Business Intelligence and Investment Information Management/ Wealth Management Performance Operations Group. This group is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for the branch office network.

The firm houses client data on various custodial platforms, which feed client account activity into other platforms (PMC, Rage, First Rate*** and Tamarac), used for completing performance measurement and analytics.

Some of these platforms are vendor-based applications.

The analyst will support the network of Financial Advisors and other branch office personnel with all aspects related to performance measurement and reporting.

The GWIM Sr.

Operations Analyst will provide superior customer service and point of call resolution while conducting proactive quality assurance, problem resolution and offering ongoing assistance to Financial Advisors with respect to performance analytics and reporting.

Reporting support includes the production and review of cyclical performance reports and ad hoc performance reporting. Performance processes will be monitored and verified as appropriate with prompt resolution for all exception items. Frequent contact with branch office personnel is required to research and to resolve performance data issues that are encountered.

Responsibilities:

Conducting research on issues utilizing firm and public resources
Analyzing system data and calculation, portfolio performance, and quality assurance of work performed by outside vendors
Facilitating adjustments to the performance measurement systems and reporting as needed
Supporting exception processing
Successfully meet administrative deadlines and directives while also ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups to calls and emails.
Training and review of all operational and vendor procedures and process flows for completeness and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency with Excel, Work, PowerPoint and other similar applications
Team player with ability to work independently
Must have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Must have strong analytical and organizational skills
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to troubleshoot complex performance problems
Strong communicative and relationship building skills
High attention to detail
Desired Skills
:

2-3 years prior experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Math and 1-3 years of performance measurement experience a plus
Knowledge of Performance Measurement/Reporting
Knowledge of the PMC, Rage, First Rate*** or Tamarac platform
