Experience:
Accumulate 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
Have experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm environment.


Educational Background:
Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school


Bar Admission:
Maintain State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
