Job summary
This position is open to European nationals only; Line Crewing is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Cabin Steward/ess to work onboard European river cruise vessels, with full onboard accommodation provided.- will be under Seasonal Dutch Contracts, running from March to November, with a potential continuation into refugee operations thereafter.
Contracts are based on 38 working hours per week, with overtime paid accordingly.
- Maintain a friendly, professional and approachable attitude toward passengers and crew at all times.
- Handle passenger complaints efficiently professionally and discretion.
- Lead by example promoting positive working practices and high team morale.
