- Ensuring material is verified, received, and stocked.
- Effectively delegate workload to department leads and personnel.
- Ensure department equipment is in proper working condition (crane, pickers, forklift, etc.).
- Manage daily operational reports to identify workload and utilize OT as needed.
- Coordinate with Sales/Imports on inbound shipments.
- Coordinate with QC on material discrepancies and non-conforming materials.
- Other duties as needed.
- PVF (pipe, valve, fittings/flanges) experience
- Warehouse experience
- Vessel paperwork experience
- Experience Coordinating with Sales/Imports regarding shipments
- Fluent in English - Spanish bilingual is a PLUS
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
