    Description

    Exciting opportunity to join a prominent player in the energy industry with a contract-to-hire position. This involves starting as a contractor with the potential to transition into a full-time role within 3-6 months.

    Compensation: Target salary post-contract ranges between $110,000 to $120,000.

    Work Arrangement: The position requires onsite presence for 4 days a week, allowing for one day of remote work. Not available for fully remote work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • React Development: Crafting and maintaining web applications using React, making use of hooks, context API, and state management.
    • UI/UX Design: Creating user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.
    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to collect, assess, and document business and technical requirements.
    • Performance Optimization: Enhancing web application performance to ensure quick loading times and seamless user experiences.
    • SQL RDMS: Developing and querying SQL relational databases to uphold application functionality.
    • Testing and QA: Drafting and executing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to maintain application quality.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in React development.
    • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design and development.
    • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Thorough knowledge of performance optimization for web applications.
    • Solid background in managing SQL relational database systems.
    • Robust testing and quality assurance abilities.
    • Experience in offering technical and functional support.

    Nice to Have:

    • Background in developing mobile apps with React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
    • Proficiency in the Laravel PHP framework.
    • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL, including the creation and optimization of complex queries and stored procedures.
