    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Accurately locate and load doors based on load reports and labels.

    Safely load and secure materials on trucks daily using equipment such as a dolly, float, or by hand.

    Assist in verifying material and quantities for accuracy.

    Perform other duties as assigned, including unloading and picking when necessary.

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    A good work history with reliable attendance.

    Previous experience loading and unloading materials, preferably in a Manufacturing Environment.

    Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, even under adverse weather conditions.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

    Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.

    Ability to push and pull carts as needed.

    Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

    Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

    Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

    Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment and adherence to all safety rules.

    Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening, background screening, and Health Physical Examination (HPE).

    Flexibility to work overtime as required.
