The Department of Surgery and the Cardiovascular Center at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville (UF COM-J) is seeking an up to full-time Vascular surgeon at the non-tenure accruing level of Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor.The candidate must be MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Vascular Surgery with experience in all aspects of the evaluation and treatment of aortic diseases, lower extremity occlusive disease, complex hemodialysis access, and the full spectrum of venous diseases. Major responsibilities include patient care, teaching, and research.
- Provide and maintain a high level of quality in-patient intermediate care services in all aspects of Vascular Surgery
- Provide clinical teaching of trainees in Vascular Surgery and participate in the educational program.
- Be responsible for excellent communication with primary care physicians.
