Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor Injection Molding- manages injection molding quality (QA) staff, ensuring implementation of policies, procedures. Maintain system of quality and reliability testing for plastic products. Create and maintain quality documents. Maintain first part inspect records and samples as well as the last part being attached to mold when changed. Create and maintain training records. Oversee auditors. Assign workload. Conduct 100% audit results and post results. Inspect and tag incoming raw materials. Train and supervise production personnel with regards to quality. Meet corporate goals for efficiency and safety. Provide operational support. Help fulfillment for order processing and completion. Engineering support to sales for first piece inspection and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) reports. Knowledge of Injection Molding including Quality and ISO systems.
