    Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client's business needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients.
    • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Prior experience managing large accounts at fortune 50 companies.
    • General technical knowledge with software solutions that leverage APIs, low code applications, UI/UX design and business process automation solutions.
