Job Duties
Piedmont Geriatric Hospital (PGH) is seeking dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse Professionals.
A Registered Nurse II at PGH is responsible for providing advanced nursing care for patients with psychiatric disorders in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and regulations.
Registered Nurses are also responsible safely implementing the use of Seclusion/Restraints including knowledge of physical/emotional risk factors of the patients served at the facility.
Positions are available for all shifts.The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental services support individuals by promoting recover, self-determination, and wellness in all aspects of life
DBHDS operates 12 facilities:
eight behavioral health facilities for adults, a training center, a psychiatric facility for children and adolescents, a medical center, and a center for behavioral rehabilitation.
State facilities provide highly structured, intensive services for individuals with mental illness, intellectual disability, or need substance use disorder services.
