    Certified Nursing Assistant:

    Open Shifts: 7pm-7am 3.5 days a week.

    The primary purpose of this position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

    Job Details:

    • Assisting residents with daily activities and needs as directed by the Wellness Director.
    • Assisting residents with meals.
    • Take vital signs.
    • Transfer, move or reposition residents if needed.
    • Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
    • Answer resident calls.
    • Clean and sanitize resident areas.
    • Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
    • Other duties as assigned by Wellness Director or nursing supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • Current, valid IL state certification and in good standing.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
    • Current on the IDPH HCWR Registry
    • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified)
