Job Title: Director of Nursing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to lead our team in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with staff and patients, and have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.

• Serve as the primary liaison between management, staff, and physicians
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client information and employee competency

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• < li >2+ years experience Home Health Care , preferably supervisory role < / li >< li >Excellent communication interpersonal leadership skills
• Able operate office equipment including but not limited printer fax machine computer Skills Records administration maintenance developing office policy procedure working knowledge modern practices ability organize workload prioritize multitask situations< / ul >< p style = " font - family : Arial ">This is full-time position works primarily local office Monday Friday am pm Weekends requested supervisor < / p >
