Job Description

LHH is looking for a Bank Teller for our client. You will be the face of our branch, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to our customers. You will handle routine financial transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and promote our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and direct them to appropriate banking services

· Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently

· Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift

· Answer customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues

· Promote and cross-sell bank products and services

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for customer information

· Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

· Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

· Previous cash handling and customer service experience

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency with computers and banking software

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
