    Responsibilities:
    Identify

    and prioritize target markets, referral sources, and potential

    facilities in need of clinical services.

    Develop and

    maintain

    strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare community through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff, admissions coordinators, and marketing professionals, to develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the facility's goals and

    objectives

    .

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to

    identify

    opportunities for growth, differentiation, and innovation in skilled nursing services.

    Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to skilled nursing

    facilities

    to

    promote the benefits of

    a mutual partnership.

    Monitor and track referral activity, admissions trends, and market dynamics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and

    identify

    areas for improvement.

    Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies

    impacting

    skilled nursing facilities, and incorporate relevant insights into business development strategies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

    , Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

    Proven

    track record

    of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in skilled nursing or

    clinical

    settings.

    Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and care delivery systems related to skilled nursing services.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data,

    identify

    trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
