JR52242 Product Manager As a Product Manager at Micron, You will be managing the product backlog, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the development team.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience while driving the product's success.

This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of product development processes and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, customer support, and development teams to address any post-launch challenges.
Prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and new features for upcoming iterations.
Manage and refine backlog, adjusting priorities based on changing requirements and business goals.
Analyzes user behavior, metrics, and analytics to make informed decision.
Communicate progress, updates, and changes effectively with stakeholders.
Collaborates with the development team to plan future releases.
Sets up expectations for product performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Good understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Able to adapt to changing requirements and business needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and scrum masters.
Experience in product management or a related role.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or any related filed.
