New York State Registered Nurse (RN); 1-year minimum experience in direct clinical care, experience administering vaccines (including the MMR vaccine); Current Basic Life Support Certification


Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science (BSN) or higher degree in nursing. Experience with communicable disease and/or outbreak response and control activities.

The candidate should have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills; high self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work load; competence with Microsoft Word; ability to use web-based computer systems; experience and strong comfort level communicating with health care providers; and the ability to conduct frequent day-trip travel.
