- Develop cost estimates for piping and plumbing projects based on plans, drawings, and specifications
- Analyze bids and recommend solutions
- Research applicable codes for projects
- Prepare and submit proposals and related documents
- Monitor progress of projects and maintain cost records
- Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders
- Identify and report cost savings opportunities
- Assist with post-project evaluations
- Performing other duties assigned by the division manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- A minimum of two years of HVAC, plumbing, or piping project management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of operational concepts including: planning; scheduling; and logistics
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with multiple projects
