Our operating room (OR) department is one of the largest and most active OR departments in the state, with an experienced staff providing comprehensive surgical care to our patients.

We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and have dedicated teams of surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and other medical personnel who work together to deliver outstanding care.

As a member of the Surgical Services team, the Surgical Technologist identifies and prepares sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.

In given circumstances that may arise must respond appropriately to emergency situations. The Surgical Technologist works under the direction of the Circulator and is accountable to the RN Unit Director.
Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.

• Evaluate surroundings to maintain sterile field.

Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program required.

• Operating Room experience preferred.
• Tech in Surgery (TS-C) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• New Hampshire Medical Technologist registration is required (unless other current NH state license is held).
