    Summary About the Position:

    Serves as a project leader and/or senior analyst providing technical and administrative guidance for the G7 TRAINING DIRECTORATE TRAINING & MISSION SUPPORT branch.

    Responsibilities Develops statements of workload quality assurance to be used for determining unit or organization productivity and or operational improvements.

    Recommends cross-leveling, reallocation, disposition of resources. Reviews new and established directives from higher authority and advises on potential impact on the organization.

    Utilizes manual and automated systems and related programmatic tools (Performance Metric Warehouse, Decision Support Tool, etc.) to acquire, reorganize, analyze, correlate, refine, and realign data to provide tailored reports.

    Provides technical expertise in review of requirements relating to workload which significantly impact on and contribute to the successful accomplishment of the TMS Branch mission and administrative policies and procedures.

    Specialized Experience:

    I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes conducting Manpower Staffing Studies to develop military and civilian manpower staffing standards, manpower requirements, staffing criteria, performance standards and position utilization.

    Utilizing manual and automated systems and related programmatic tools to acquire, reorganize, analyze, correlate, refine, and realign data to provide tailored reports.

    Producing final briefings, charts, documents, and other products that have been analyzed, with concurrent and appropriate recommendations to reach organizational goals.

    Performing techniques such as work distribution and work flow process charting. Performing task analysis, work process procedure analysis, linear responsibility charting and facilities layout analysis. Performing correlation analysis of relationships between the input data, cost factors, and workload factors.


    Time in Grade Requirement:

    Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

    Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience aloneno substitution of education for experience is permitted.
