JOB DESCRIPTION: EHS GIRLS ASSISTANT BASKETBALL COACH

LOCATION: ELIZABETHTON HIGH SCHOOL

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma
• Successful experience in the coaching field, with successful experience in the school environment preferred.
• Meet the health and physical requirements and be fingerprinted.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The person employed in this position will have responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, serving as:

• Girls assistant basketball coach for Elizabethton High School;
• supervise activities associated with the same;
• attend practices, provide instruction on the game, rules, and sportsmanship;
• work at the discretion of the head coach; and
• other duties assigned by the athletic director or school principal.

The persons employed in this position will be paid a supplement for his/her coaching duties. The starting date for the persons employed in this position will be immediate upon the fulfillment of employment requirements.
