    We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Engineering Manager to fulfil a pivotal role in driving production processes to new heights


    Responsibilities include:

    Leadership:
    Direct, guide, and coach a team of 6-7 associates to achieve operational excellence and personal growth.

    Strategic Planning:
    Set and communicate clear department goals aligned with company and factory objectives.

    Resource Utilization:
    Ensure economic use of resources while upholding quality, safety, and ecological standards.

    Technical Expertise:
    Lead equipment, tool, process, and workstation development and optimization.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Initiate optimization efforts to increase productivity, reduce costs, and contribute to our global network.

    Maintenance Oversight:
    Oversee plant maintenance and coordinate investment planning.

    What We're Looking For

    Experience:

    5+ years of people management and manufacturing engineering/production experience; 7+ years

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical specialization preferred); Master's degree is a plus.

    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, problem-solving, and project management.

    Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Leadership Style:
    Proactive, team-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and constructive feedback.

    Adaptability:
    Openness to occasional travel (10%) and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
