    IDR is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join one of our top clients in Franklin, TN. This position is onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today

    Position Overview/Responsibilities for Senior Systems Engineer:

    • Create automation to relieve manual tasks, build efficiencies and create process improvement opportunities
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and disseminate that knowledge to the team
    • Evaluate solutions and practices, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions for continuous improvements
    • Work in conjunction with a team of technical support staff to implement resolutions as needed

    Required Skills for the Senior Systems Engineer:

    • 7 years' experience as a Systems Engineer
    • 5+ years' experience administering Windows and Linux OS
    • Scripting expertise leveraging PowerShell and Ansible
    • Ability to administer message collaboration systems
    • Strong working knowledge of LDAP protocols
