Our Client Success and Logistics team plays a pivotal role in transforming this experience into a positive and stress-free process. We are currently seeking a Project Administrator/Supplement Estimate Specialist who will be instrumental in providing initial and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

Initial Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for a positive experience and managing expectations from the outset.

Supplement Estimates: Review completed roofing projects to identify and document any additional work required beyond the original estimate.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with roofing crews and Client Success and Logistics to gather essential information, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project documentation.

Insurance Liaison: Serve as the main interface with insurance carriers, submitting detailed supplemental estimates and handling adjustments to secure appropriate project compensation.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in our project management system, Acculynx, ensuring all supplemental claims comply with industry standards and local codes.

Client Relations: Address any client inquiries or concerns regarding the scope of work or billing, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

QualificationsRequirements:

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in dealing with insurance carriers.

Detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision in all supplemental estimates and project documentation.

Proficient in Google Suite and Acculynx.

Valid driver's license for on-site project assessments.
