In this role, you will assist the Controller in monitoring the companys financial status and accounting policies, review budgets, and ensure payments are submitted in a timely fashion.
This essential position ensures our company is compliant with all accounting regulations, mitigates risks, and maximizes profits. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.ResponsibilitiesReview and assist on controls for the performance of the group projects in development, construction, and operationsReview and analyze budgets, costs, and profitsIdentify deviations from the budgets and assess such deviationsSet and monitor key performance indicatorsProvide on time the periodic reports required by the group's headquarters in EuropeCreate and present reports on the companys financial performanceElaboration of cash-flow projectionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting or FinancePrevious experience in a similar position is preferredUnderstanding of all relevant accounting principles, procedures, and regulationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and accounting softwareStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsFluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
