- Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality,
- Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
- Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
- Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
- Act as the main contact for FAA relations
- Maintain staffing levels
- Ensures contract obligations and customers' expectations are met
