Description

Registered Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology

Sign-on bonus: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus for those qualified candidates provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements and subject to the term.

Interventional Radiology

Schedule: 4 days/week 10 hour day shifts, rotating call for evenings, weekends and holidays

Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Nurses hired after May 23, 2014, who have a diploma or an associates' degree in nursing will be required to be accepted into a BSN program within six (6) months of the nurse's hire date.
