- Qualify inbound leads from various sources like the website, social media, phone, and email
- Research potential leads, discover new sales prospects, and engage with key decision-makers through calls and follow-up emails
- Pass on promising leads to field Sales Representatives for further nurturing and finalizing deals
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Handle end-to-end sales processes for small projects, offering guidance on product selection, solution designs, quotes, and orders without requiring field Sales Representatives' involvement
- Collaborate with field Sales Representatives to close sales resulting from field-generated opportunities
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with CRM is a plus
- Enthusiastic with a focus on customer service both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Skilled at problem-solving by understanding customer needs
- Thrives in a team setting, prioritizing efficiency and urgency
