    Mental Health Adult Residential Supervisor

    to support the Psychiatric and Residential Services – Residential and Supportive Housing Program in Harrison Township, New Jersey.

    Residential Supervisor.

    Job Overview:
    Our Residential Service Program offers a continuum of housing for the acutely and chronically mentally ill with supervised residences.

    Our purpose is to help those suffering from severe mental illness to live in the least restrictive setting that is compatible with their level of functioning.


    Key Responsibilities:
    You will work closely with the Residential Nurse and Director in the implementation of adult individualized rehabilitation treatment goals
    You will collaborate with Acenda team members and external supports to enhance independence for individuals served
    You will provide leadership in culturally competent service delivery

    Requirements:
    A High school diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related mental health experience - may be substituted Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care

    Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

    Preferred:
    Preferred is a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in mental health, health, or another appropriate human services-related discipline with knowledge of and experience with the chronic mentally ill adult population
