    Description

    Ripple Effect Consulting is looking for an Experienced CAD Technician in Littleton, CO We are seeking experienced hard-working individuals who are interested in finding their next long-term career move. If you have at least 3 years of experience with architectural drawings, are proficient in 2D and/or 3D CAD, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you PLEASE APPLY TODAY

    Position Details: 6 month contract to hire

    Compensation: $28 - $30/hr Depending on experience

    Responsibilities

    • Develop CAD drawings from sketches provided by engineers and design staff
    • Assist in the preparation of technical details with project engineer's or project manager's guidance
    • Develop 2D drawing extractions from 3D structural models and complete detailing and annotation
    • Assist in the quality checking of drafted product and conformance with drawing production standards and project-specific CAD requirements
    • Coordination of drawing production activities between all disciplines at the project level

    Qualifications

    • Organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
    • Passion for creativity (art, music, etc...)
    • Research new technologies the latest trends
    • Team bonding and Collaboration
    • Problem Solver
    • Computer and Hot Key Skills
    • Fundamental knowledge of Engineering Drawing layout, Detailing and Drafting
    • Working knowledge of Water, Wastewater, and Infrastructure design
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • 3+ years of relevant experience (required)
    • Revit/Client experience (plus)
