* _*We also have a partnership agreement with Purdue to provide a 20% tuition reduction toward a Bachelor's degree and a $4,000 tuition reimbursement

We are a locally owned and operated skilled-nursing facility. We provide short- and long-term care, specialized nursing care, rehabilitation, respite care, and hospice. We strive to meet the physical, social, emotional, recreational, and spiritual needs of all residents. From onsite therapy services to a robust and exciting activity program.
