    We are seeking to fill the role of Embryology Laboratory Supervisor. If you have a passion for women's health and have at least 3 years of prior experience in a human IVF laboratory performing the essential functions of the role listed below, we look forward to hearing from you. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Performs all procedures required for IVF cycles, including medium and dish preparation, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization check, embryo evaluation, cryopreservation and thawing, transfer, ICSI and assisted hatching.
    • Performs all andrology services, including preparation of semen samples for artificial inseminations and IVF, cryopreservation of sperm, and complete sperm analysis assessed by World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
    • Performs laboratory quality control (QC), quality assessment (QA), and participates in quality improvement (QI) programs, record keeping and collection of data.
    • Performs other duties as assigned, and in keeping with company policies, procedures and standards of patient care and initiatives toward continuous improvement at the individual and organizational level
    • Supports and actively participates in initiatives designed to improve individual and organizational performance

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in science required; Master's degree preferred in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Medical Technology.
    • 3-4 years prior experience in human IVF laboratory is required.
    • Ability to participate in a rotating schedule that includes some weekends.
    • ABB TS certificate strongly preferred.
    • Must have performed at least 60 ART procedures under supervision.
    • Experience with trophectoderm biopsy is required.

    Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 + up to 10% annual bonus potential
