- Conducts periodic inventory of government-furnished and contractor acquired material and equipment
- Maintains inventory records on government and capital equipment
- Tags/tracks, monitors, and reports the status and usage of government property to the Corporate Property Administrator
- Compiles required data/information for annual report to the government
- Coordinates activities related to the disposition of government property
- Assists the Corporate Property Administrator in educating employees on Property accountability issues
- Prepares Loss, Damage or Destroyed (LDD) reports as required.
- Reports excess of government property to the Corporate Property Administrator
- Assists the Shipping/Receiving Clerk on an as needed basis
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Performing work in this job's occupational field requires the application of craft, vocational or administrative skills and methods taught in specialized training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail oriented
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Government Property FAR clauses at , part 45 and various DFARS pertaining to contract government property
- Currently possess or ability to obtain SECRET clearance
- NPMA CPPS or higher level certification
- Experienced with various ERP/MRP systems and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment(PIEE)
