- Drive business profitability by managing shifts effectively in terms of food cost, labor, and sales growth.
- Provide leadership to the team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support the implementation of operational plans and initiatives in a timely and profitable manner.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and management of employees.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all required reports and documents.
- Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
- Effectively communicate all business-impacting issues to the management.
- Ability to work long hours on feet and lift heavy objects.
