Qualifications:
Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine or Palliative Care Physician
Ability to obtain an IL license
Experienced, recent graduates or fellows in training or are encouraged to apply

Job Details:
Be on call to receive calls 1 – 2 weekends per month.
Additional PRN shifts may be available
Do not have to leave current practice
Low call volume
Virtual consults
Can be done mostly from home
Established patient panel
Interdisciplinary team

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, medical specialty, labor market, and other qualifications.

The posted pay range for this position is what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

This position may also be eligible for incentive pay.
