Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute application migration activitiesProvide status updates to senior leadershipWork with Operations to define, practice and execute migration plansCoordinate with developers and R&D leadership to minimize the impact of migration activitiesUpgrade VueJS single page micro-frontend applications (SPA) to support local development while migration activities are being performedUpgrade NodeJS microservices such that they can be deployed into modern AWS Lambda runtimesMigrate medical IoT DevicesWork with infrastructure engineers to migrate legacy CloudFormation templates to Python (CDK)

Identify and document opportunities for improvement as applications are migratedDevelop scripts to automatically test the operability of an application after it has been migratedDevelop scripts to automatically test the accuracy of database migration activitiesWork within a 24-hour delivery cycle by giving and receiving handoffs to engineers in our India development centerGenerate technical documentation that captures the deployed state of our digital productsEstimate and track work in a way that is consistent with the Agile methodologyKey Requirements and Technology Experience:

Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field10 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience working with OAuth 2.0 (Okta experience preferred)Experience working with IoT Devices (IoT Management in a Public Cloud Provider preferred)Experience working with mTLSMust have experience working on regulated productsMust have experience hosting applications on public cloud providersStrong understanding of Change Control conceptsStrong understanding of Configuration Management conceptsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust have a history of working on productive Agile development teamsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completionStrong application debugging experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated understanding of the Software Development LifecycleKnowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)Demonstrated ability to quickly achieve a working acumen of new technologiesOur client is a leading Healthcare organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
