    Job Overview

    The Sales Representative will establish long-term partnerships with customers, fostering mutually beneficial solutions and promoting Doggett Freightliner's offerings in a professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize manufacturers' programs and resources to achieve optimal market share levels.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and business developments.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Freightliner inventory.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Sales Support Group to ensure timely follow-up.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly following up on each sale.
    • Coordinate with customers and relevant departments for timely delivery.
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and policies outlined in company manuals and the employee handbook.
    • Project a professional image of Doggett Freightliner in the presence of customers and the community.
    • Participate in company-sponsored training to enhance knowledge and skills.
    • Promote teamwork and exceptional customer service in interactions with peers, management, and support resources.

    Requirements

    • Previous sales experience or training is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Excellent customer service skills are required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
