As a Manufacturing Engineer, your role will be critical to maintaining the efficient production of our clients high quality products.

Your day-to-day as a

Manufacturing Engineer:
Develop and maintain production procedures, equipment installation, and troubleshooting while meeting standard work guidelines
Implement new product development and process improvements
Work in conjunction with purchasing and manufacturing to develop a scheduling system
Design, specify, and track tooling and equipment
Create and run training classes as needed

Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience in the field with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S preferred
Strong understanding of a range of engineering functions and procedures
Practical and logical approach to problem solving
Self-motivated with the ability to work both individually and with a team with a positive and forward-thinking approach in a fast-paced environment
