Job summary
This position is accountable for assisting the shift supervisor with supervising production activities and staff within the department of the plant,applying knowledge of products, production processes and regulatory requirements to achieve maximum quality and operational efficiency.

- Responsible for assisting with managing production staff by directing, coordinating, communicating and verifying daily activities within the department/area and responding to daily duties
- Supervise, instruct, evaluate and recommend disciplinary actions of production staff in their assigned roles
