    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionFountain Dental Center in Fountain, Colorado, is growing and seeking a polished Dental Patient Coordinator for our family dental practice.

    This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday.

    We are led by two extraordinary General Dentists and an Office Manager and need a dynamic and outgoing dental receptionist to help us grow our practice.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.

    Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and update patient demographic information in the patient management system.

    Perform front office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies. Keeping patient waiting area cleaned and stocked with suppliesAbility to communicate to teams when their patient has arrived in a friendly and prompt fashionCollect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phoneUtilize patient communication software to send out patient confirmationAdditional duties as needed to assist with other dental teams within the location RequirementsPrevious dental front office experience is requiredDental Assisting experience is a plusBasic computer knowledgeDenticon software experience is a plus but is not requiredWorking knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocolsExcellent customer service and leadership skillsAbility to multi-task efficientlyExcellent computer and typing skills Salary Description $18-$21/hr
