- Act as a liaison with hospitals and medical facilities.
- Obtain appropriate authorization for medical procedures.
- Coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate return appointments.
- Review provider notes to ensure all ordered services are obtained.
- Communicate discharge and follow-up information to patients.
- Verify insurance benefits.
- Handle record-keeping and form completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
