The Facilities Assistant is responsible forFacilities maintenance inside and outside on the buildings.
Essential Functions Duties and Responsibilities An Outside Maintenance associate (facilities assistant) is expected to perform the following essential job functions:
- Operate a fork lift pallet jack riding tractor hydraulic recycle baler trash compactor snow plow and various other powered tools and hand tools.
- Loading/unloading equipment materials recyclables and other material handling tasks.
- Maintain buildings and grounds Washing sweeping trash pickup painting trimming shoveling.
- Other maintenance related tasks as needed.
