Job summary
We're seeking an energetic Seasonal Assistant Manager to lead our team at Opry Mills! As an Assistant Local Manager you will work alongside our Local Manager to develop and motivate your colleagues to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.
As an ideal candidate you should have a positive attitude strong work ethic be a team player who can also work independently understand leadership principles maintain good time management problem-solving skills use good judgment make independent decisions process sales transactions feel comfortable with cash handling wear professional attire practice good hygiene attend mandatory pre-season training be flexible willing to work during peak retail hours evenings weekends holidays commit to working 20 hours per week minimum as needed lift carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds stand for prolonged periods perform easy guided choreographed movement independently meet basic age requirements possess previous retail assistant manager photography experience preferred.
- Promote a positive collaborative environment maintain core values policies;
- Assist LM with preparations for opening day including hiring completion inventories equipment setup testing staff scheduling training learning proper opening/closing procedures;
- Take photos provide guests with memorable souvenirs take home; < li > Address resolve customer concerns service failures appropriately ensure optimal guest experiences recovery;< / li >
