- Conduct thorough data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools to extract meaningful insights from large HR domain datasets
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and trends to stakeholders
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity if data
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes, procedures, and standards built within Collibra
- Facilitate knowledge transfer by providing training sessions and documentation to end-users on Collibra functionality
- Clearly communicate project goals, responsibilities to team members, and roles
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of data governance policies with business needs
- Develop and implement an effective data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for managing and ensuring data quality and integrity
- Core Data Analyst, with analytical skills and data aptitude
- HR domain is a plus, not required
- Financial services industry is helpful
- Must have advanced SQL and Excel skills
- 6+ months of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience with personally identifiable information, data governance, and data catalog required.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Collibra or other data catalog and governance tool preferred
- Must be local and available to go onsite

Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
