    This Position is located in Frackville PA.


    The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of the sourcing and recruiting of candidates for both salaried and hourly positions.

    In addition, operates as a strategic business partner within one of the ID Logistics distribution sites, supporting 2 other regional sites.

    This individual will support programs to foster a positive and engaged environment, communicating policies and working with local management to resolve associate relations issues as needed.

    Responsibilities

    Execute a best-in-class talent acquisition process focused on attracting and retaining high performing talent.
    Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions across the ID Logistics network of DCs
    Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions.
    Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
    Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.

    Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.

    Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
    Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
    Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.

    Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Salary $80,000 to $95,000

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred.
    SHRM CP-SCP/PHR/SPHR helpful.


    • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a
    diverse environment.


    • 5+ years with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required.
    • 5+ years strong recruitment experience preferred.
    • Strong oral and written skill set.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, ADPRM helpful.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation.
