    $10,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 retention bonus

    Job Opening: Registered Nurse – Peritoneal

    We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who is dedicated to patient care and enjoys the opportunity to independently manage cases with confidence. As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will provide education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and their caregivers in a clinical setting, enabling them to undergo dialysis at home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer comprehensive patient care independently
    • Empower patients to administer their own dialysis
    • Assume multiple roles from Nurse to Coach to Leader

    Requirements:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 12 months RN experience
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or equivalent
    • Basic computer skills

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in dialysis nursing
    • Background in training/teaching/healthcare education
    • Case management experience
    • Familiarity with telehealth technologies
    • Nephrology Nurse certifications

    Salary Range:

    $40 - $55 per hour
